Programming
We have a dedicated team of programmers with experience in programming both 5 and 3-Axis machines and a large range of material.
We have multiples licences of the latest version of both MasterCam and HyperMill CadCam software.
Quality Control
Every component made at our factory has a route card created that accompanies the part throughout the process.
This route card includes the material ordered (including order number), and has every operation listed with a bar code that is scanned by the operator. Every part is therefore full traceable from material order through to dispatch.

Flexibility
With our factory being open 24 hours a day – 5 days a week, with the option of overtime on both Saturday and Sundays, we are able to meet very tight deadlines that our customers may require.
